Tasting

Visual exam

The colour of Prosecco DOC Magrine Rosé is a brilliant, characteristic soft pink with a fine, delicate perlage. The perlage is very fine and not very persistent.

Olfactory exam

The Rosé version of Prosecco D.O.C. Treviso Magrine has pleasant floral and fruity scents typical of the original grape varieties, with clear notes of raspberry and wild strawberry.

Slight scents of cherry and violet, inherited from Pinot Noir, characterise the glass bouquet.

Taste exam

Prosecco Rosé DOC Magrine is at its best when served between 6-8°C. It has a fresh and lively taste, delicate, with the right acidity and structure. The taste corresponds to what is perceived olfactorily and is also of immediate interest to the taste buds, which find in this excellent Prosecco DOC Rosé all the qualities and taste of a great sparkling wine, perfect on hot, sunny days as an aperitif but also suitable for a meal with first or second courses of both fish and meat.
