Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Magrine Wine is a perfect balance between a rather perceptible sweetness and a calm freshness.

Prosecco Extra Dry

The most popular style of the italian Prosecco is certainly Prosecco Extra Dry which has a higher sugar content than the Brut version. The Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Magrine Wine is a perfect balance between sweetness, freshness and an elegant harmony of aromas.

Prosecco DOC Treviso

Crafted from Glera grapes, it stands out for its fragrance and delicacy. The Prosecco Brut DOC Magrine Wine is cultivated in the hilly region of the province of Treviso, one of the most prestigious and historic areas in the production of this wine. No other areas can express wines with the characteristics of Prosecco: these are qualities inseparably linked to this specific terroir.

Tasting

Visual exam

The colour who marks this sparkling wine Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Magrine is a greenish-flecked straw yellow. The perlage is a long-lingering bead of delicate bubbles not very persistent.

Olfactory exam

Prosecco DOC Extra Dry Magrine is characterized by the aromas of fruit trees. The fresh scents of green apple and freshly picked white peach are very perceptible. There is a slightly citrus note due to some hints of lemon; the cedar is felt. The fruity sensations perceived on the nose are repeated on the aftertaste.

The cultivation area exposed to the sun characterizes the wine with floral aromas including lily of the valley and a light vegetable essence that derives from wildflowers. A slightly musky note is perceived. A delicate sweetness amplifies the primary aromas.

Taste exam

The perlage of Prosecco DOC Magrine Wine Extra Dry is elegant. The soft note given by the sugary component is balanced by carbon dioxide which makes the body of the wine very light and pleasant. The Extra Dry version harmonizes the wine with greater acidity and less flavor making it softly balanced.
